Include your username and iPhone model if something is not working.
Managed by Apple: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
In the app: Profile › Account › Delete account. Your data and cloud copy are removed within 30 days.
I can't sign in or my session closes
Update to the latest version from the App Store or TestFlight, then sign in again with the same method you used to sign up (email, Apple or Google). Your data is restored automatically from your cloud copy.
“Start my free trial” does nothing
The trial needs an MSCL account and an internet connection. Sign in, check your connection and try again. If it still fails, email us your username.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Your data is copied to the cloud automatically while you are signed in. In Profile › Account you can see the last copy and tap “Save now”. On the new iPhone, sign in with the same account and everything is restored.
The food scanner shows an error
The scanner needs an internet connection and a photo of real food in good light. There is a fair-use limit of 15 scans per day. You can always log by writing what you ate, by barcode or by searching the food.
Apple Health shows no data
Open iPhone Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › MSCL App and turn on the categories you want. Steps, heart rate and sleep come from Apple Health and your Apple Watch.
Can I change my goal or my numbers?
Yes, any time in Profile. Calories, macros, routines and diets are recalculated straight away, and your strategy is refreshed at the next monthly update.
Black or white mode, language
Profile › Settings. Switching mode or language never signs you out or changes your data.
