1. The service
MSCL App writes a personal strategy and generates training plans, meal plans, hydration goals and health summaries from the information you enter and, optionally, from Apple Health, and offers an account with free trial, ranking, friends and a cloud copy of your data. The service is provided by Mohamed Najim Zaitouni Zaitouni, sole trader registered in Spain, Calle Centelles 25, 3-2, 12500 Vinaròs (Castellón), Spain ("MSCL", "we"). By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Not medical advice
MSCL is a fitness and nutrition tool for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Strategies, plans, photo-based nutrition values and watch-derived scores are estimates produced in part by AI and may contain errors. If you are pregnant, injured, under medical treatment or have any condition affecting exercise or diet, consult a professional before using the app. You train and eat at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Free trial and subscription
New accounts can start a free trial of the full app with no payment method. Its length depends on the order in which accounts are created: 30 days for the earliest sign-ups, then 14 days, then 7 days; the app shows your length before you start. A friend's invite can add 30 days to a trial. After the trial, continued use requires an auto-renewable subscription: MSCL Monthly or MSCL Yearly (prices are shown in the app in your local currency; in Spain €4.99 per month or €29.99 per year, VAT included). Both plans include the entire app. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Referrals and Founders
When a friend who joined with your invite logs activity on 10 different days, you receive one free month (or 30 extra trial days). Rewards are personal, cannot be exchanged for money and may be withdrawn if obtained through fake accounts. The first 100 accounts receive a permanent Founder badge.
6. Fair use
AI features are limited per user and day (currently 15 meal scans, 8 AI diets, 12 AI routines, 60 food searches and 3 strategy requests). Routines and standard diets are generated on your device and are not limited. We may adjust these limits to keep the service sustainable and will say so in the app.
7. Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your password safe. Photos you upload (profile, posts, scanned meals) must be yours and must not show other identifiable people or unlawful content. Be respectful to other users; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You may not use the service to build a competing dataset, to reverse-engineer the app or in any unlawful way.
8. Intellectual property
The MSCL name, logo, app, website and exercise content are owned by the operator or its licensors. Plans generated for you are for your personal use. You keep the rights to the photos and posts you upload and grant us a licence to store and show them to the users you choose.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the app and its online features available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Server features (AI, account, ranking, friends, cloud copy) may be unavailable during maintenance. The cloud copy is a convenience, not a guaranteed backup: keep your phone backed up with iCloud as well.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSCL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for injury or health outcomes arising from training or dietary choices made with the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in the EU.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app, delete it and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Courts of Castellón, Spain, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
